CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order

INTRODUCTIONS 3 patrol leaders attended,
as well as S.P.L, A.S.P.L, scribe and scoutmaster.
CAMPING
**SUMMER CAMP DECISIONS**
-Time is a factor as well as increase in price and
booking availability.
-Still looking for a high adventure, (researching
some at Thunder) Philmont is available
-Peru for the most part is out of the question. (Time
factor as well as liability reasons)
*SEA BASE IS
UNAVAILABLE UNTIL ABOUT 2009.*
Camp Sawyer, Dec. 7, 8, 9. Forms due next
meeting after
Thanksgiving
break.
UPCOMING EVENTS
-Old Cutler
Hike, Dec. 1
-ValuJet Flight 592 Memorial clean-up.
**Those scouts not attending the Old Cutler Hike are
expected to attend the ValuJet clean-up. **
Expecting two clean-ups this upcoming year.
Definitely, the annual clean-up the weekend before Mother’s Day.
-Ms.
Gutierrez needs help giving out donated bikes. See Ms. Gutierrez for
details.
LEADERSHIP Patrol leaders
must set an example for the rest of their patrol and also newer scouts.
Follow your guidelines as patrol leader or assistant patrol leader. Keep
your patrols in line. Also, organization is important.
**MAKE PATROL
FLAGS. **
REMARKS - Make sure to
fill out duty rosters. Plan activities for your patrol during campouts. Set
examples and guide as leaders of this BOY-RUN troop.
- Get
scoutmaster conferences and board of reviews done.
